If the email looks suspicious, don't reply and don't download the attachment. You can report it as spam or phishing. If the email is from someone you know and trust, ignore the warning. I have searched google for this issue and found that it's nothing new and around for several years across all android phones. Now it affects me, at one point during the last two weeks the download of email attachment stopped working. cannot download email attachments anymore If it's the same with the Outlook app as well then it looks that.
